He became the youngest director in their 150 year history and set up and ran their residential development and investment department.
In 1995 he started Palmhurst Securities, which he continues to run, along with its sister companies and major joint ventures. Spencer’s enthusiasm for property and vision for high quality development drives the group’s appetite for new opportunities, growth and innovation.
Spencer has been active in the property industry since 1984 when he joined Hirshfields, one of the country’s longest established and best respected Chartered Surveyors.
Johnathan comes from an architectural background, where he’s been involved in the design of major developments since 1994.
