Where our property investment activities are concerned, we have grown our portfolio organically over more than a quarter of a century and it now contains a diverse range of assets ranging from tenanted residential blocks to industrial and commercial buildings, subject to a range of tenancies (multi-let, short and long term, etc.) and with a variety of occupiers (sole traders, public companies and local government, etc.)
