Having worked and studied in the UK, Canada and the US he’s gained a wealth of experience on a wide variety of projects ranging from major office complexes, through University and Arts projects in America, to residential towers in London.
Johnathan joined the group four years ago to lead the design and planning process and to coordinate project consultant teams.
Spencer has been active in the property industry since 1984 when he joined Hirshfields, one of the country’s longest established and best respected Chartered Surveyors.
Johnathan comes from an architectural background, where he’s been involved in the design of major developments since 1994.
