Spencer Rose, the group’s managing director, leads a small team of able managers based in our Loughton offices. These managers direct the efforts of an established roster of property and design consultants in the appraisal, securing and delivery of property opportunities nation wide.
Spencer has been active in the property industry since 1984 when he joined Hirshfields, one of the country’s longest established and best respected Chartered Surveyors.
Johnathan comes from an architectural background, where he’s been involved in the design of major developments since 1994.
