Palmhurst Residential Property Fund has completed the refinance of its £50 million residential portfolio with our principle bankers.
The refinance will enable the Fund to utilise further debt in order to continue its on-going acquisition drive.
The Fund is still actively purchasing residential and mixed-use investment and development opportunities across London and, together with its cash resources, has the buying power to purchase up to £30 million of new property.
