Palmhurst Residential Property Fund has completed the disposal of a block of thirteen flats in Lewisham, SE8. The building has been let within in our residential investment portfolio since acquisition in 2011. The nett sale proceeds will be reinvested in new residential investment and development opportunities throughout 2018.
