Palmhurst Residential Property Fund has begun the extensive refurbishment programme of its recent acquisition River House, Minories EC3.
The mixed-use building comprising fifteen apartments and a restaurant will be refurbished to a luxury specification in order to attract high quality tenants in a very sort after location.
The refurbishment is due to be completed in six months and will cost in the region of £750,000 and the end value of the building will be £10,500,000 post refurbishment.
