Palmhurst Group are delighted to have obtained planning consent to develop a luxury residential scheme comprising 12 apartments in Loughton, Essex.
The scheme, comprising a selection of one, two and three bedroom apartments will have an end value of £4.5m.
Once complete, the units will be retained within our investment portfolio and let out on AST agreements.
