Palmhurst Group are delighted to have obtained planning consent to develop a luxury residential scheme in Woodford, IG8. The development will comprise a mix of one and two apartments with a GDV of £3.2m. Once complete, the units will be retained within our residential investment portfolio and let out on AST agreements.
