Palmhurst Group has now begun construction of a mixed-use development in a conservation area in Camden, NW1.
The development which will comprise a selection of high-end residential apartments and a state of the art B1/B8 commercial unit will have an end value of £5.4 million.
Once complete, all of the units will be retained within our investment portfolio.
