This site, acquired at auction in 2006, is nestled between Crouch Hill station and Mount Pleasant Villas – the prime street in the Stroud Green conservation area.

With mature trees on all it’s boundaries, and approached via a leafy drive, this terrace of luxury family townhouses designed by award winning architect Julian Cowie will benefit from a green setting enhanced by garden designer Andy Sturgeon, Gold Medallist at each of the four most recent Chelsea Flower shows.
