Palmhurst Group purchased this substantial site from the London Borough of Islington, who sought a buyer willing to purchase the site unconditionally but with a strong vision for its future redevelopment.

Palmhurst secured a 110,000 square foot mixed-use planning consent compliant with Islington’s objectives for this key area of the Borough on the fringes of the City of London.

Regeneration of a run down location, new homes and modern commercial space all serve to cement a strengthening relationship between this area of Islington and business activities in the Square Mile to the south.
