Some of our most exciting opportunities are those that are conceived to provide the impetus for wider scale regeneration of those that help consolidate the growth and development of established regeneration zones.
The group has frequently acquired strategic development sites (those that are identified by Local Authorities as being key to their wider visions for urban renewal and economic growth), and prepared development proposals that deliver the Local Authority’s and other community stakeholders aspirations. Our land-holdings and investments are often located in areas where individual developments need to be coordinated in such a way as to deliver a coherent whole at the larger-scale, and we are willing and creative participants in these processes, actively consulting with the wider community and contributing to the dialogue and debate that will shape its long-term future.
