The Fund’s aim was to acquire residential investment stock within central London and the inner M25. Since the Fund’s inception, it has completed on property worth £50 million.
These buildings are located in Kings Cross, Balham, Clapham, Kennington, Elephant & Castle, Wimbledon, Lewisham, South Woodford & Wanstead. All the buildings are let on assured shorthold tenancies and the fund enjoys a seven figure rent roll.
The Residential Property Fund has recently completed the refinancing of its existing portfolio and now has a further £18 million to invest in London residential property. The Fund is fully managed by the Palmhurst Group and is 50% owned by Spencer Rose.
