Unistar Properties Ltd is a partnership between the Palmhurst Group and the William Pears Group. Our partner, the William Pears Group, is one of the country's most respected property groups, enjoying an enviable reputation acquired over the past 50-years, during which time they have built up a portfolio of around 15,000 properties worth over £7bn.
The two groups' resources combine to provide
a formidable pool of expertise and financial strength. The Partnership was conceived to allow the William Pears Group to take advantage of development opportunities outside of the scope of their investment activities, while enabling the Palmhurst Group to scale-up their successful development model to tackle any size of scheme, thanks to WPG's substantial financial resources. The recipe is a
hugely successful one.
