Track Record

Over the past 12 years the group has completed around 1.5 million sq ft of developments, with a value approaching £450 million. Much of this has been achieved in close cooperation with the William Pears Group, through our primary Joint Venture Company: Unistar Properties. The group currently has a development pipeline worth almost £50m.

Broadly speaking our focus is on London's

'top-tier' of secondary locations - well connected, urban sites on the fringes of the city centre, usually with wider
regeneration possibilities.
