Unistar purchased these adjoining grade 2 listed Georgian buildings in 2003. Un-modernised, after being in the same private ownership for over 30 years, they required a full-scale but sensitive refurbishment to restore them to their former glory.
The works created a collection of beautiful
luxury flats balancing the charm of the building’s original period details with new contemporary fittings and finishes.
The buildings have all been let on assured shorthold tenancies and retained within the Unistar Investement Portfolio.
