Unistar Properties acquired this tenanted building, the largest uninterrupted block on Islington’s main thoroughfare, with the long term intention of redeveloping it as a 50,000 square foot mixed-use scheme.

Unistar worked with ORMS architects to prepare mixed-use proposals involving the buildings extension and refurbishment, to

deliver over 40 beautiful apartments and what will be Upper Street’s largest retail frontage.

In 2007, having established a strong vision for the property’s future and with vacant possession and redevelopment in immediate prospect, Unistar sold the building, realising a substantial gain.
