These factors, together with our excellent funding, mean we are ready investors over a full range of timescales: despite our well- known appetite for high-yielding development opportunities, we also regularly take on stable, long-term investments (ample resources being available for both types of purchase, at any scale); meanwhile, thanks to the fact that we are cash-buyers not reliant on borrowing, we are able to acquire buildings subject to medium and short-term tenancies, regardless of quality of covenant with a view to the management and development opportunities that will arise in due course.
