Palmhurst are justly proud of both our excellent track record and of our current investment and development portfolios. Over the past 12 years we have built a reputation for delivering well considered, beautifully executed residential and mixed-use schemes and making astute investments in a broad range of property assets. We strike a careful balance between maximising the capacity of our sites, through clever planning, and contributing positively to their surroundings, through beautiful, well-thought-through design.
Our projects range in scale from modest blocks of flats in quiet neighbourhoods to large scale mixed-use regeneration projects at landmark locations. Regardless of size or location, the same care and attention is devoted to all our projects, and the pride we feel in creating high-quality buildings and valuable property assets is the same whatever their scope or scale.
Where our property investment activities are concerned, we have grown our portfolio organically over more than a decade and it now
contains a diverse range of assets ranging from tenanted residential blocks to industrial and commercial buildings, subject to a range of tenancies (multi-let, short and long term, etc.) and with a variety of occupiers (sole traders, public companies and local government, etc.)
