Our preference is usually to buy sites outright and, because our development expertise gives us the confidence to purchase properties at values that fully reflect their potential, people that we buy from enjoy maximum benefit by dealing with us. However, whole or partial redevelopment of a site need not necessarily involve closure of any business operating from the site.
If you yourself, or your tenants (if you let the property) wish to continue trading from the premises, we can sometimes redevelop site’s around existing facilities, or alternatively, we can provide purpose built, modern accommodation, tailor-made to suit your or your tenant’s needs as part of a site’s wholesale redevelopment.
