Our schemes are designed to be as neighbourly as possible, carefully observing standards that protect neighbours’ privacy, sunlight and daylight and amenity; we keep neighbouring residents informed of our plans and we consult with them as much as possible, so that we know about their concerns and address them wherever we can; and when we build, we commit to a code of practice that minimises construction traffic and noise.
